The Superman Workout
This is adapted from one of Henry Cavill's upper body workouts to prepare for his role as Kal El in "The Man of Steel"
It's possible to do this workout without mounting the bands to a post or door.
The lat pulldowns are actually supposed to be pull-ups.
Do 4 sets of 8-10 reps of each exercise.
